Has 15 years of experience in workers’ compensation. She holds an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell and was named a 2018 Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
Magan obtained her Bachelors of Arts in Communications from Centenary College of Louisiana in Shreveport in 2002. While in college, she was a member of the Centenary Ladies gymnastics team and was the New Member Educator with Chi Omega Fraternity. She began her career as a licensed legal intern in 2004 while attending law school at the University of Oklahoma where she received her Juris Doctorate in 2005.
Graham initially began her career representing injured workers. She transitioned to defending employers and insurance carriers in 2006. After almost 13 years, Graham decided to return to helping injured workers. Graham uses her experience in defending claims in each and every case to protect their rights under the law.
Graham is admitted to practice law in the state of Oklahoma as well as the United States District for the Western District of Oklahoma. She is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association as well as the Oklahoma County Bar Association. She is also an active member of Lawyers for Working Oklahomans. This association is dedicated to protecting the rights of injured workers in Oklahoma.
A native of Edmond, Oklahoma, Magan has continued her philanthropic service by serving on the board of directors of Junior Hospitality, Inc. and attends many non-profit events. She volunteers with the Regional Food Bank and the Miracle League. Graham currently lives in Norman, Oklahoma and loves to attend sporting events at the University of Oklahoma and concerts in her free time.
